I'm a creative director, photographer, artist, model and have many other labels I identify with, for people building things authentic to them. intentional brands, wellness practitioners, artisan makers, and event throwers. However I show up, behind the camera, in front of it, or in the room itself, it's with intention and deep care for the mind, body, and soul of the thing being made. That care comes from my lived practice. I'm a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner and my own creative process mirrors the way I move through a room or a session — intuitive, present, responsive. I call it "interpretive yoga dance": without a preplanned sequence, just breath, asana, and music guiding the flow. That same instinct for reading energy and following what's true in the moment is what I bring into every environment I step into. Communication is at the heart of how I show up. With seven years in customer service, including as an essential worker through COVID, taught me how to meet people exactly where they are, with patience and steadiness, even when things were hard. Time spent at San Antonio College training as an ASL interpreter for the Deaf shaped how closely I listen and how precisely I express. Add 10+ years as a competitive Irish dancer, and discipline and clarity live in my body as much as my words do. At the heart of everything I make and teach is a simple belief: through intention, attention, and intuition, you can achieve anything you want.
